Guglielmo Marconi Labs S.p.A. has been appointed as the official technology partner for managing the ICT network and monitoring platform of AUSL Romagna, one of Italy’s largest regional healthcare providers. The assignment includes full responsibility for network operations, technical support, infrastructure monitoring, and staff training.

The scope of work includes:
- Preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance
- Network management for all active components
- Continuous monitoring via NOC (Network Operation Center)
- Corporate email system administration
- Technical training for internal staff
- Documentation updates and technical support
- On-site assistance for direct interventions
These services will enable AUSL Romagna to operate with greater efficiency, security, and resilience.

The AUSL Romagna ICT network spans a wide range of operational scenarios, including:

Currently, 3 out of 4 legacy AUSL units use SANET, an open-source network monitoring system licensed under AGPL v3. The system oversees approximately 3,000 nodes, including:
